The Dean’s Stair in St.Paul's Cathedral is one of the most spectacular staircases in London. Also known as the Geometric Stair, it was built in the southwest tower in 1705. The Portland stone spiral staircase links the cathedral floor to the triforium. Christopher Wren was the architect responsible for the revered English Baroque design of St.Paul's Cathedral.
